Atypical histopathologic type of cystic meningioma.

The authors report a 21-year-old male with an atypical cystic meningioma in the right parietal area. On T1-weighted imaging (T1WI), the solid component was hypointense, while on T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), it was hyperintense. On T1WI, the cystic component was hypointense, and on T2WI, it was hyperintense.
