The article focuses on lean flow distribution strategy as applied to warehouse management. The strategy is mentioned as a method by which productivity of the business can be attained and at the same time limit waste in the course of production. Push and pull analogies and comparisons of the two approaches in relation to lean distribution are presented. Moreover, the relation of kanban trigger or re-order point (ROP) and minimum order quantity (MOQ) in lean flow strategy is also noted.
