Editor's Corner.

In this article, the author discusses the changes and developments in the forthcoming issues of the journal. He says that about one of the four annual editions of the journal will be partial theme issues. He says that the new special alerts section in the journal will lead and dominate these initial pages most of the time and some past vision and policy statements related to education will reappear at the end of these pages for several editions. He also discusses several issues including the influence of deployments of school choice on the operations of new and existing schools and systemwide policies that include governance and funding for schools.
