Abstract
- The article presents the author's insights on professor Sir Ambrose Fleming. The author notes Fleming as a fine teacher despite being short tempered. According to the author, there are attempts to interview Fleming regarding his work however were all sent away. The author recounts on the 50th anniversary celebration of the University College London (UCL) wherein Fleming was honored for his contribution in the field of Engineering. The author also mentions the Fleming's life after retirement.
