Managing Replicated Remote Procedure Call Transactions.

This paper addresses the problem of building reliable computing programs over remote procedure call (RPC) systems by using replication and transaction techniques. We first establish the computational model: the RPC transactions. Based on this RPC transaction model, we present the design of our system for managing RPC transactions in the replicated-server environment.
