Abstract

An essay is presented on pediatric and adolescent doping in Great Britain. It notes the credibility of medical ethics on weighing the potential harms against benefits in sports. The author concludes that Gillick competence should not be viewed as a precedent for adolescent or pediatric consent to doping.
