The finding of the study on a private and social rate of return on investments in undergraduate education needs to reallocate the educational expenditures by government from graduate education to undergraduate education. Furthermore, the researcher made measurements on the returns stream and cost and find out that the most of the resourced to be removed from investment process in graduate education should come from the humanities, education and certain of the social sciences. Moreover, pre-selection and immediate quality control measures should be given much attention to reduce the dropout rate in graduate school.
