Abstract
- The author reflects on research papers which were chosen as the most influential papers that were published by the "Journal of Organizational Behavior" between 1981 and 2005. He suggests that the chosen articles may not be the best ever written or the most rigorous. He argues that the papers have been chosen by colleagues of the journal as having the most influence on their thinking.
