- This section offers news briefs concerning medium term notes (MTNs) and commercial paper (CP). Royal Bank of Scotland sold one-year bonds amounting to 75 million British pounds. Three-year floating rate notes worth 20 million U.S. dollars were placed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) also sold fixed rate notes through Barclays Capital.
