Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old Caucasian male with red left eye for years with symptomatic painless diminution of vision. The patient undergone episcleral flourescein angiography which indicates a diagnosis of idiopathic episcleral engorgement and glaucoma or Radius-Maumenee syndrome. Furthermore, it offers a discussion on idiopathic episcleral veins and its causes.
