- The article announces the establishment of Dominion Colour Corp. (Europe) Ltd. in Manchester, England by the Dominion Colour Corp. (DCC) in support of its commitment to meet the requirements of Registration, Evaluation & Authorization of Chemicals (REACH). It is stated that Eljon and DyeCom are the brand names of the products that was purchased by DCC in the EC Pigments (UK) Ltd. It is mentioned George Hughes is the company's general sales manager.
