Abstract
- The author comments on a study published in a 2009 issue of the "Journal of Clinical Nursing" that examined the impact of nurses clothing on anxiety levels in hospitalised children in Iran. According to the author, the use of children's opinion is one of the important aspect of this study. She points out that the study provided insight into the hospital care of children in a country often not accessible to those reading English language journals. She notes the influence of a predominant religion on nursing practice, education and research.
