Abstract

The article discusses the characteristics of boiling water which it claims as the simplest step in cooking techniques. It explains the behavior of water during the process of boiling and the qualities of air pressure which determines the boiling point of water. The natural event that took place on the water molecules during the boiling process and the process of evaporation are also illustrated.
