DoJ Expands Scope of Bribery Prosecutions.

The article reports that the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) has broadened the scope of the bribery prosecutions under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). It tackles the employment of Travel Act, the law which prohibits the use of foreign commerce to promote unlawful activities, as an adjunct for the enforcement of FCPA.
