- The article reports that Wegmans Food Markets Inc. has got an early start on a chainwide back-to-school event featuring samples, recipe cards, tips and ideas for back-to-school meals in its fresh-food departments. The event was held in August 2009. As stated, shoppers could pick up copies of a "How to Pack the Perfect Lunch" checklist, along with their lunch bags, reusable bags or freezer packs.
