Abstract
- The author reflects on various issues related to music artists. He notes that the O2 residency of Michael Jackson serves as his chance to reinstate his status as a musical icon. He also asserts that Jackson contributed much to some of the best music in the 20th century. Meanwhile, he notes that the commercial for the U2 album "No Line on the Horizon" would be a test case for the viability of the album format. He adds that album sales in Great Britain for more than two days is impressive.
