Abstract
- The article reports on the study carried out by Dr. John Radcliffe and colleagues of Texas Women's University (TWU), suggesting that cottonseed-oil consumption produces higher level of vitamin E intake without affecting fat intake. It notes that the vitamin E produced from cottonseed-oil intake is 34% greater than the average regular diet, and will consequently complete 75% of the Recommended Dietary allowance (RDA) for adults. The research result was attained after studying 10 healthy adults.
