Comments on the Paris Court of Appeal Decision in SNF v. International Chamber of Commerce.

In this article the author discusses the Paris Court of Appeal's decision to the liability suit between SNF S.A.S. and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The suit came after an ICC arbitration proceeding between SNF and Cytec Industries B.V., wherein ICC favored the latter. It cites that ICC Rules were against the recommendation of the internal working group and was regarded as hindrances to the appeal of ICC. It also states that court's decision with the ICC Rules is inconsistent.
