Abstract
- The article presents a case study of two Japanese patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and multiple nodules on their faces. The first patient was a 68-year-old. The patient's histological examination of a biopsy specimen taken from a nodule revealed proliferation of mature sebaceous glands around the dilated follicles. Meanwhile, the second patient was 58-year-old man. The finding showed that the patient's nodules had appeared and enlarged after he had started haemodialysis.
