Abstract
- Information about several papers discussed at the closed-door meeting of the chief financial officers (CFO) in Bombay, India in June 2009 is presented. Topics include the ways to stop corruption and how to make the country bribery-proof through the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as the companies involved in these cases. The event was attended by KMPG LLP partner Elliott Leary and several CFOs.
