Abstract
- The article offers an outlook for the bond market in Europe in 2009. It notes that corporate bonds are providing a boost to the job prospects of credit analysts, but sales made direct to the public mean that the outlook for the market is not quite as smooth as all that. In 2009, the amount of high grade bond issuance has already exceeded the record for any previous full year in Europe.
