Abstract
- In this article, the authors present their views about the Landau-Kleffner syndrome (LKS). According to the authors, regarding the epilepsy component of LKS, a major constituent of the syndrome is the tremendous exaggeration of paroxysmal brain activity during sleep. They further say that no evidence has been reported so far regarding any etiologic relationship between LKS and electroencephalographically similar conditions.
