Abstract

The article focuses on the different services offered to physically and mentally care the child carers in Washington. A care provider must have a balanced diet, and regular exercise to maintain a healthy body. The state has offered healthcare services to supervise the needs of caregivers like the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), and the National Alliance for Caregiving. Support groups are also provided to make them emotionally stable.
