Abstract
- The article reports on the inquiry made by the British Care Quality Commission to the health care provider Take Care Now after the death of 70-year-old David Gray in their custody in 2008 in Great Britain. It states that after Take Care doctor Daniel Ubani gave Grey a lethal dosage of diamorphine, Gray died. It cites that the provider was under contract with National Health Services (NHS) Cambridgeshire to render out-of-hours general physician services.
