Factors Affecting Employee Attitudes Toward the Installation a New Management System.

Selected variables related to a Management by Objectives system were examined to determine their relationship to manager attitudes toward the system. Two variables, ability of MBO to contribute positively to intraorganizational communication and the perceived attitude of one's superior toward MBO, were found to be strong predictors of manager attitudes.
