Public-Private Partnerships in the Spanish Health Care Sector.

The article discusses public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the health care system in Spain. It mentions that PPPs were traditionally used in the transportation sector; however, the Concession Law passed by the government in 2002 has expanded its scope to health care, prisons, and education. It notes that Spain used it in health care sector in 1990s under the administration of Margaret Thatcher. It argues that the success of PPPs cannot be measured yet since they are newborn concept applied.
