Abstract
- The article offers information related to energy and environment. The U.S. National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) notes the possible occurrence of a new solar Grand Minimum, which depicts a period wherein the absence of sunspots can be observed making the Earth colder. Gustafsson, a bio-geochemist from Stockholm University, relates that the cloud of brown pollution hanging over Asia comes from wood and cattle dung being burned in millions of home-fires. 42 new reactors are under construction across the globe including the 10 facilities in China and 7 facilities in Russia. Japanese scientists have turned against the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), asserting that climate change is induced by natural cycles and not by human industrial activities.
