Abstract
- The article reports on the conflict over the Opa-Locka Executive Airport, a general aviation airport and joint civil-military airfield located in Opa-Locka in Florida. Opa-Locka Flightline, an African-American fixed base operator (FBO), alleged that it was not being treated fairly. A background of the anger at the airport which was directed toward Miami Dade County's Aviation Department and its staff is presented.
