Clouds of confusion.

The article presents the author's views on the introduction of low-emission zones across Europe. He observes that there is less awareness on the large number of low emission zones (LEZ) being introduced across Continental Europe. He informs that the vehicles, which do not meet strict emissions standards could be banned from entering more than 60 cities. He thinks that it would be better if there were an official body that operated across Great Britain and Europe overseeing e-zone regulations.
