Abstract

The article presents strategies for doing multiple tasks, offered by Helen Barker Garrett, director of enrollment services and registrar of Lane Community College. She advises leaders to identify the strengths of each staff members to appropriately assign new task that may arise in the future. She recommends them to urge their staff members to do more than they presently do. She also suggests leaders to give some time to talk and connect with their staff.
