Investigates the synthesis of YNi[sub 2]B[sub 2]C thin films using the magnetron sputtering technique. Crystallization of the YNi[sub 2]B[sub 2]C phase after temperature annealing in vacuum; Electric and magnetic properties of the thin films; Indications of the critical current measurement results.
