Abstract

The article presents the comparison of the physical properties of composites and polishable filling resins. It shows that the comparison of the two filling resins correlate with the inorganic filler content. It reveals that composites have a high modulus of elasticity, low deformation at fracture, water sorption and thermal coefficient of expansion if it has a higher content of inorganic fillers. While polishable materials have a lower modulus of elasticity, higher deformation at fracture, water sorption and thermal coefficient of expansion if it has a less inorganic fillers.
