It is stated that, it is important for the dentist to develop a reliable system of evaluation and control for all members of his team and the function of such a team is to provide feed back of results and follow-ups, to compare accomplishment with objectives and make adjustments during shortcomings. Before evaluation and direction of an employee, several consensual steps are advised, including what is done on the job and the skills required for it. Other tips include distributing work tasks equitably and preventing redundant functions.
