Abstract

A literary criticism of the book "La femme sans sépulture," by Assia Djebar is presented. It cites the illustration and interrogation provided by the book in the study of postcolonial theory. It explores the ways the novel serves as a postcolonial primer. It also views on the novel's depiction on the connection of the figures in the ancient mosaic that have been described as femmesoisaux pêtes à s'envoler.
