Abstract
- The article presents the views of several employees of California-based online shoe retailer, Zappos.com regarding the things which they feel are best in their company. Donavon Roberson, business development account manager, says that he likes that the company's employees are encouraged to move around within the company and try out different areas. Loren Becker says that he enjoy's the company's picnics and holiday parties while another employee refers to free benefits, food etc.
