Abstract

The article examines an advertising campaign by the fast food restaurant chain Carl's Jr. The company was assisted by Internet industry firm Google in finding eight independent Internet video producers whose work has been popular on the Web site YouTube, which Google owns. These persons will produce Internet video advertising for a new hamburger to be marketed by Carl's Jr.
