Laboratory Training and Organization Development.

This paper reviews studies published between 1964 and May 1968 on laboratory training in human relations and its use in attempts to enhance the effectiveness of organizations. After some of the difficulties in conducting such research in this area are considered, findings are examined as they relate to five issues in the design and the application of laboratory training.
