- Reports that Winnipeg, Manitoba-based Great-West Life Assurance Co. has completed a reorganization that transfers ownership of Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Co. in Greenwich Village, Colorado to a subsidiary in Greenwood Village called GWL&A Financial Inc. Great-West's efforts to establish distinct operations in Canada and the United States.
