Abstract
- The article offers news briefs related to health and beauty in the U.S. A study published in the "General Dentistry" journal reveals that acidic drinks are corrosive to tooth enamel. Physician Herbert Benson of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital said that slowed and focused breathing can reverse the damaging effect of the fight-or-flight hormones that flood the body when an individual is anxious.
