Abstract
- The article cites the business developments in Minnesota in 2009. The cities including Royalton, Tofte and Wadena has received grants from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Glencoe has earned a grant of about $425,000 from the DEED to help redevelop the site of a former school. In addition, Minneapolis was awarded $170,000 grant for infrastructure to renovate the 2.2 acre site into a 31,400 square foot commercial office building from DEED.
