Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old Hispanic woman, 29 weeks pregnant, who presented to the emergency department with a persistent headache and subsequent seizures. An electroencephalogram (EEG) revealed subclinical seizures with high amplitude delta and theta wave activity originating from the right temporal lobe. Moreover, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the head showed gyriform enhancement in the right temporal lobe.
