Abstract
- The article reveals the findings of the annual survey of "Special Events Magazine" predicting the status of the rental industry in 2009. The survey showed that planners expect to handle more events during the year than in 2008. Rental operators have focused their attention on customer care, with 82% pursuing new clients and 74% boosting their marketing efforts. Rental operators also displayed varying views as to how long the economic slump will go on.
