Abstract
- This article discusses an internet portal called scantoweb for libraries which was introduced by the university library center of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Hochschulbibliothekszentrum des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (hbz). The software components of the technical infrastructure allow access to large amounts of digital materials which saves time and money.
