Abstract
- The article presents a report on cocaine body packers and transportation of illicit drugs by internal concealment in Great Britain. It is stated that these body packers are usually asymptomatic but symptoms arise due to leakage or rupture of packets. It is also recommended that patients with no evidence of drug toxicity can be left to pass packets whole bowel irrigation with polyethylene glycol.
