Chest Pain and Progressive Miliary Infiltrates in an Elderly Man.

The article presents a study of an elderly man with chest pain and progressive miliary infiltrates. His medical history and physical examination are presented. Laboratory findings and imaging are discussed. He was diagnosed of miliary metastatic epithelioid mesothelioma, a rare tumor of which most are associated with prior exposure to asbestos.
