Abstract
- The article discusses the paper of professor John Rose which offers his insights on the environmental barrier and education, the cybernetic revolution, and the function of education. It highlights the concepts by cyberneticians and systemists in the late 1960s. It says that the paper is part of the tributes to Rose, who was the founding editor of "Kybernetes: The International Journal of Systems & Cybernetics."
