Abstract
- The article focuses on Hyundai Think Tank, a Web site created by the automobile industry firm Hyundai North America. The site is an interactive online social network whose access is limited to 1000 persons who have expressed interest in Hyundai automobiles at industry events such as trade shows, and is used for marketing and product management research.
