This article presents abstracts of research studies intended to be offered at the fourth session of the Scientific Proceedings of the Eleventh General Meeting of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) scheduled to be held in Chicago, Illinois on March 19, 1933 that was canceled due to complications caused by the emergency decision made by U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt to close all U.S. banks, including "Formation of Cavities in Molar Teeth in Rats," "Quantitative Method for Recognizing Bacillus Acidophilus in Saliva," and "Studies on Bacterial Plaques: Apparatus for Testing Porosity."
