Abstract
- The article presents an overview of changes which will be made to the format and manuscript submission policies of the periodical. A discussion of the costs that are associated with publishing the periodical, and of grants which help make the periodical's publication possible, is presented. The periodical's policy on constructive criticism is discussed.
