FURTHER STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF PROLONGED SLEEP ON THE ERUPTION OF THE RAT INCISOR.

The article reports on the results of research which was conducted in an effort to study the effect prolonged sleep had on eruption of the mature albino rat incisor. Researchers induced sleep in a collection of rats with an injection of a chemical mixture. They found that in rats who were fed an optimal diet, prolonged sleep led to a higher eruption rate of incisors.
